Solo is flat-rate by design — built for one-truck operators in pool, handyman, and barber/hairstylist who don't want a variable phone bill. Barber and hair-salon customers always get flat-rate (we don't bill per-appointment).

HOW THE PER-BOOKING FEE WORKS

You only pay when we actually book a job for you.

We don't charge for hang-ups, telemarketers, wrong numbers, or people who call to ask a question and don't book. The per-booking fee fires only when the AI confirms a real appointment — captured the customer's name + address, agreed to a specific date and time, wrote the event to your calendar, and sent the confirmation SMS. Anything short of that is free.

What if I get a bunch of spam calls?+
Not your problem. Telemarketers, wrong numbers, robocalls, and hang-ups never count as bookings — you pay $0 for those, even though the AI still answers them. We profit only when you do.
What if the AI books an appointment but the customer cancels later?+
You're still charged for the original booking — the AI did its job. But cancellations or reschedules through the AI on a future call don't add a new booking charge. Net: one paid booking per actual job that hits your calendar.
What if the AI gets information wrong?+
You can flag any booking from your dashboard. If we materially miscaptured the address, service, or time and the booking has to be redone or cancelled, we'll credit the $5 back. Just hit “Suggest fix” on the call detail and note what went sideways.
Where can I see what I'm being charged for?+
Every booking is timestamped in your dashboard with the call recording, transcript, and the calendar event it created. End of month, your Stripe invoice shows Bookings × N as a single line item. You can drill from invoice → date → exact bookings any time.
Can the AI accidentally book a fake appointment to charge me more?+
No, and we've designed against this two ways. (1) The AI only fires the booking tool when the caller has explicitly agreed to a specific date + time + service. (2) Every booking writes to your Google Calendar — if you don't see the event, you weren't charged. Spam-bookings would show up in your calendar, you'd see it instantly, and we'd credit you back.
What happens after the 60-day pilot?+
You auto-convert to Standard ($249/mo + $5/booking) unless you're on Solo ($99/mo flat, single-operator only). We email you 10 days before pilot ends and again on day 50 with your actual usage so you can confirm the right tier. Cancel anytime, no contract.
Do calls without a booking really cost me nothing?+
Yes. Standard is $249 flat for unlimited inbound calls and unlimited voice minutes. The only variable cost is the $5 per closed booking. If you have a slow month with 0 bookings, you pay $249 for the AI being available 24/7.
