This document was drafted on 2026-04-26 from primary statutes (FL § 934.03, FL § 501.171/FIPA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR Article 28) and industry-standard SaaS templates by a non-attorney. Cookie policy

Last updated: 2026-04-26 · Version: 2026-04-26

The short version

aifrontdesk.org uses only strictly-necessary cookies required to operate the Service (sign-in, security, attribution of referral sign-ups). We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, retargeting, or any cross-site tracking. We do not use third-party advertising networks. We do not embed social-network "like" buttons that ping a third party. We do not use device fingerprinting.

Specific cookies we set

CookieSet byPurposeLifetime
nhostRefreshToken and nhostAccessTokenOur authentication provider, NhostKeeps you signed in to the dashboard and mobile app. Required — without these the dashboard cannot recognize you.Refresh: 30 days. Access: 15 minutes (rotated automatically).
referral_business_idOur appIf you arrived via a referral link (/r/[code]), this cookie remembers which existing customer referred you so we can credit them after you complete signup.30 days, then expires automatically

What we don't set

When we add a new analytics or product-telemetry tool, we will update this page first and we will publish notification to your dashboard at least 14 days before the cookie starts setting in your browser. You will have the option to opt out before the change takes effect.

How to clear or block our cookies

You can clear cookies in your browser settings (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data). You can block all cookies for aifrontdesk.org, but doing so will prevent you from signing in. The mobile app uses the OS' secure keychain rather than browser cookies and is unaffected.

Local storage and similar

Like most modern web apps, we use a small amount of browser local-storage (or its mobile-OS equivalent) for non-PII purposes: remembering your last-selected dashboard tab, dismissing tooltips you've seen, etc. Local-storage entries never leave your device and are not transmitted to us.
